Free shipping on all U.S. orders. No minimum.

Handling time is 1–3 business days, and transit time is 2–5 business days, for a total delivery time of 3–8 business days. Our order cut-off is 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET); orders placed after it begin processing the next business day. We ship Monday–Friday via USPS or UPS.

You can return any book bought new from us — whether it is damaged or you simply changed your mind within 14 calendar days of delivery. Books must be unused, unmarked and in the same condition you received them; the mailer it arrived in is fine for sending it back. Every package includes a free prepaid return label, there is no restocking fee, and refunds are issued within 14 days to your original payment method. To exchange, email us your order number and the title you want — the new book ships once your return is scanned, and any price difference is charged or refunded.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving your return, to original payment method, in USD.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards through Stripe. All payments on KlatoUS are securely processed by Stripe using industry-standard encryption. We do not store your payment card information.

KlatoUS does not currently collect sales tax at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable use tax in their state.

If we have not packed your order yet, we can usually cancel or change it. Email us with your order number as soon as you can; the Cancellation Policy explains the details.

KlatoUS is run by a family in Indianapolis, Indiana. We read about and choose every book ourselves, pack and ship each order from our Indianapolis address, and answer every message personally.

Every copy is a new paperback bought from established publishers and distributors. Before a title goes on either of our two shelves — parenting & family, or marriage & relationships — we read about it, check the edition and decide whether we would recommend it to a friend. We are booksellers, not a publisher.
