This Privacy Policy explains how KlatoUS ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use https://klatous.shop (the "Site"). We have written it in plain English rather than legal shorthand, because you should be able to understand it without help.

Information we collect

  • Order information — name, shipping address, email, phone, and order details you provide at checkout.
  • Payment information — processed by Stripe, the only payment processor we use. Card details go directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection; we never see or store your card number.
  • Customer support messages — the content of messages you send us through the contact form, by email, or by phone.
  • Usage data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URL, recorded in standard server logs for security.

How we use information

  • To fulfill, ship, and support your orders.
  • To reply to your inquiries.
  • To email you about your order (Stripe receipt, tracking number, return and refund updates).
  • To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud or abuse.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers that make the store work: Stripe for payments, shipping carriers for delivery, and our email service for replying to you about orders and support. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Your rights and choices

You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing contact@klatous.shop. We normally acknowledge requests within one business day and complete them within 30 days. You can also ask us to stop emailing you anything other than messages about an order you have placed.

Data retention

We retain order records for as long as required by U.S. tax and consumer-protection law, and customer support messages for up to 24 months. After that they are deleted.

Security

The Site runs over HTTPS, payment data is handled entirely by Stripe, and access to order records is limited to the people who run the store.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we update this page and change the date at the bottom.
