These Terms govern your use of https://klatous.shop and purchases made through it. By using the Site you agree to them. Our Shipping, Return & Refund, Cancellation, Payment, Privacy, and Cookie policies form part of these Terms.

The store

KlatoUS, a family-run online bookstore based in Indianapolis, Indiana. We resell brand-new books sourced from publishers, distributors, and wholesale suppliers; we are not a publisher. We pack and ship every order from this address in Indianapolis. It is not a shop, so we cannot accept visitors.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when payment is completed and the order confirmation page is shown; a payment receipt is emailed to you by Stripe. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or suspected fraudulent. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund.

Pricing

Prices are listed in USD and may change. The price shown at the time you place your order is the price you pay, with no hidden fees added afterwards.

Shipping, returns, payment, and tax

Product descriptions

Book titles and bibliographic details come from the publisher; descriptions are written by us. Covers and editions can change without notice; if what you receive differs materially from what was listed, contact us and we will replace it or refund you.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Site to harm others, infringe intellectual property, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems.

Intellectual property

The Site name, logo, design, photography, and copy are owned by KlatoUS. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Book covers, titles, and descriptions remain the property of their respective publishers.

Customer support is available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (ET) by email and phone. We normally reply within one business day.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, KlatoUS's total liability arising from your use of the Site or any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
